It’s important to be prepared for your first visit to Archbold Family Dental.

Whether you’re looking for a new dentist or visiting for your child’s first appointment, you will need to make sure you have the right information with you to ensure the smoothest dental experience possible.
For Adults
If you’re visiting Archbold Family Dental for the first time, we will need you to bring a few documents. Please bring your insurance information, patient medical history, and questions or concerns you may have regarding your goals for your dental and oral health.
Your first visit usually consists of a normal examination and review of any issues found during the initial appointment. Depending on what we find, treatment can sometimes start on the same day as the consultation. Patients with long medical histories or complex dental needs, however, will most likely require a second appointment to receive treatment at a later date.
For Children
The first visit to the dentist can be scary for young children, so we make sure that your child’s first appointment will allow them to meet Dr. Custer before any dental work is done. This will allow your child to become comfortable with Dr. Custer and the rest of the Archbold Family Dental staff.
